Local Flavors

Local Flavors is a farm-to-restaurant lunch and dinner series connecting Illinois growers and producers with local restaurants. Participating restaurants will offer a lunch or dinner special highlighting fresh, seasonal, locally produced foods. The series opens new markets for local growers and give restaurants an opportunity to work with local growers and receive high quality products.
Local Flavors of Illinois will be held on Thursday, September 22 at locations throughout the state. Click here for more info.

Local Flavors is a program of the Buy Fresh Buy Local Central Illinois Chapter. The purpose of this program is to connect local farmers to area restaurants, retailers, institutions, farmers’ markets and consumers within the Central Illinois region.
