Local Flavors
Local Flavors is a lunch and dinner series connecting central Illinois growers and producers with local restaurants in Springfield. Participating restaurants will offer a lunch or dinner special highlighting fresh, seasonal, locally produced foods. The series will open new markets for local growers and give restaurants an opportunity to work with local growers. If you live in the Springfield or Bloomington area, please join ISA in supporting local farms and local restaurants!
