Support chefs who support the Harvest Celebration
UPDATE: Thank you for your interest in joining the Alliance, this promotion is over, but we’d still love your support, join here!
For the last 12 years, Illinois Stewardship Alliance has gathered some of central Illinois’ finest chefs and delicious local foods from Illinois farmers, blending them all together for our Annual Harvest Celebration.
This year, things look a lot different.
Our hearts are heavy that we won’t be able to gather in person this fall because of COVID19.
While we cannot share a meal in person, we can still celebrate great chefs and farmers by supporting the locally-owned restaurants at a time when they need it most.
Between now and Labor Day (September 7), when you become a member or renew your membership starting at the $50 level, we will send you a gift certificate to your choice of a local restaurant who has supported our Harvest Celebration.
Now more than ever, farm-to-table restaurants and the farmers who grow their food, are counting on local food lovers like you to dine local.
Join or renew your membership at $50 and receive a $25 gift certificate to one of these farm-to-table restaurant that have supported the Harvest Celebration:
• Epiphany Farms, Bloomington
• Tacology, Springfield
• Copper Pot Cooking Studio, Springfield
• Maldaner’s, Springfield
• Loukinens on 4th, Springfield
• Cooper StrEATside Bistro/Cooper’s Alleyside, Springfield
• Custom Cup, Springfield
• Engrained Brewery and Restaurant, Springfield
• Janie’s Mill, Shipping Available Anywhere

Many of the chefs and owners have been critical to the success of our Harvest Celebration each fall.
They are incredibly involved in their communities as well, donating meals to food banks, serving on local non-profit boards, and donating their time and energy to making their community a thriving place to live and work.
They play an integral part in supporting local farmers, creating jobs, and keeping food dollars local.
By joining or renewing your membership with the Alliance right now, you will get a fantastic meal and support our work to build resilient local food systems through our advocacy and programming.
As a member, you will be part of an alliance of farmers and eaters who use their voices and choices to shape a more just and regenerative food and farm system. You’ll be provided with opportunities to take action on the issues you care most about.
You will receive timely action alerts, invitations to meetings, workshops, and events, and help create more vibrant, resilient, and healthy communities.
P.S. We may not be able to gather in person for our annual Harvest Celebration this year, but we’re not letting that stop us from gathering in a new way. Clear your plates for October 4th! More details to come.
