Dine out for Local Flavors and experience the true flavors of Illinois. Each participating restaurant will create a farm-fresh meal featuring seasonal ingredients grown by local farmers. Good for you. Good for your community. Good for the earth. Now that’s a bite we can all get behind.
Chef Ryan Lewis of Driftwood has decided to make his Local Flavors dinner extra special. He’ll be teamin up with Big Thorn Brewing to serve a four course menu paired with their craft brews.
