Celebrate the bounty of the harvest with us during this charity fundraising event featuring small plates of Illinois finest seasonal ingredients from renowned Central Illinois chefs. In addition, Engrained Brewing Company will keep your taste buds tingling with a cash bar featuring specialty cocktails and local libations, and local singer and songwriter Brooke Thomas will serenade us with her sultry acoustic rhythms all night long. And if that’s not enough, both a live and silent auction featuring fantastic foodie prizes will keep the action rolling all throughout the evening.

To top it off, all proceeds will benefit Illinois Stewardship Alliance so that we can continue our work to build vibrant, resilient local food systems. Which means you can enjoy this amazing evening to the fullest and feel good knowing you are supporting happy animals, wholesome food, clean water, and healthy communities.

Last year, over 200 business and community leaders, farmers, and foodies attended, and we expect to sell out this year! Tickets will go fast, so get them while their hot!

On the night of the event, we’ll place your bid for you. If it’s the highest bid, you win! Placing a pre-bid is completely free and you won’t be charged unless you are the highest bidder. Winners will be notified on Monday, September 24th.

Local Brewery Tour

Obed & Isaac’s Brew Bus will bee-line you over to Buzz Bomb Brewing Co. for another flight, then you’ll be off to Hand of Fate Brewing Co. in Petersburg, where you’ll enjoy another flight and the small town scene. At the final stop, Engrained Brewery & Restaurant you’ll finish with cheese curds, pretzel sticks and one last flight.  Includes transportation in Obed & Isaac’s Brew Bus back to Obed’s. “Tour guide” available to make arrangements and host the tour. $1200 Value.

Harvest in Blooms Farm (New City Rd., Rochester). Take a tour of this sustainable, family farm that grows a wide variety of vegetables and beautiful flowers. Enjoy cocktails by  Just the Basics Catering, a true farm-to-fork meal prepared by Simply Rooted Meals with local, pasture-raised meats from Oak Tree Farms and Willow City Farm, seasonal and freshly harvested vegetables from Harvest in Blooms Farm, and a case of wine (mixture of red and white) from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Freshly cut flowers on the table from Harvest in Blooms, and floral arrangment(s) may be taken home! Weekend Getaway at the Carbondale Pool House

Enjoy a romantic get-away for 2-nights at the Carbondale Pool House (airbnb) with a farm to table breakfast. The Pool House can also accomodate a family of five. Breakfast is your choice of local Sorenson bacon and sausage, local eggs to order, homemade sourdough whole wheat and white breads, with home fried potatoes or grits – OR – home made gravlox from local salmon fishers with Baetje Farms Coeur de la creme cheese, eggs to order, and homemade sourdough rye.
